We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable/refundable depending on your preference.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been worn, altered, damaged or washed.

Return Process

1. Email us at earthapparelza@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Returns accepted after 30 days.

Refunds and Processing Time

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

- If the return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be rejected, and the item(s) will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

- If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item when you originally purchased from us, please contact us at earthapparelza@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
